Just wondering if anyone here's a Van Halen fan. I like their music but I don't like how their lead singer squeaks his voice every now and then.

I like them too. Don't know much about the singers.. It's the guitarplay that does it for me!

Love them! one of the greatest rock bands of all time.
Like them with Dave or Sammy couldn't stand them with the Sammy sound alike (glad that didn't last long).

BUT....
They may be about to commit a crime, rumors are heavy that the next season of Rock Star will be Rock Star Van Halen.
I personally think that a band has finally died when they resort to "reality tv" to find a singer.
But as said tis rumor although the Van Halen camp won't deny the rumor, shall wait and see..

Personally I would love to hear a instrumental album by them!

If you're talking about that thing David Lee Roth used to do, I agree it's annoying, but it's all about making Daddy cringe and/or making Mommy wish she was young again, which is a key part of why teenage girls buy records and go to shows. And without that, there's not much reason to be a rock star, except maybe the money...
  When I think of VH I still think of the first time I heard the first album: amazing, esp. Eddie's guitar playing.
