"Downfall" the movie

I highly recommend this movie. It's in German but has subtitles for those who need them.
It focuses on Traudl Junge, Hitler's secretary and the last days of the third reich.
Many of the events in the movie I have read about in history books.

Great movie.
The guy who played Hitler did quite well.
I wonder, did it win any awards?

Excellent movie, but I heard the subtitles were a lot "tamer" than what was being said in German (I'm assuming during the parts where Hitler "blew his top.")

Downfall was nominated but didn't win an academy award. A movie about a guy wanting to kill himself won.
