Ok for the guys who like Stargate SG1 and are in the UK, Series 9 starts Today at 8pm on Sky One, and Stargate Atlantis Starts Next Wednesday at the same time of 8pm.
And from what i've been told, this series is going to be one of the best so far  ;D ;D ;D ;D

I may not be in the UK, but I sure as heck have Seasons 1-8 of Stargate SG-1 on DVD. ;D

Seasons 1-4 are fun and Seasons 5-8 are excellent. Season nine has been really dramatic.

One of the things that I like about the series is that it's never too technical like Star Trek [unless Samantha Carter is around] and it's never too fantasy-looking like The Lord of the Rings. The series has also kept the audience in track by always explaining things and reminding people.

I don't know how the producers are going to be able to finish the show.

They can some how write it in that the whole stargate program goes public when they want to end it. The whole thing about the show despite repeating itself over and over is that its a secret thing. Once its gone public they can end it. The question is, how much longer can they go before people start getting bored with it.

It's pouring with rain outside, and to save getting wet on my bike I thought I would try and teleport myself to Sainsbury's using the SG1 method....

...It doesn't work... >:(...!
...Trust me... :'(...!

Umm... Fozzy... err... Fozzer my man, are you trying to use the quantum mirror? If so, you're forgetting about the little doo-hicky that controls which dimension you go to. ;D

for the first episode of the new series, i found it made me laugh quite a lot, and i also like the way they just touched the surface of Merln/Camelot/Avalon/Authurian Legend.

From the looks of it "things can only get worse better for the team  :P..."

what bothers me the most is how canada  is behind on seasons. stargate, atlantis, and galatica are all filmed in toronto or vancouver, one of those cities. you think that canada would get frist peek at the new episodes.

whew, i was wondering what i would say that.

:)Ramos - stargate happy!

PS: AAGGGG season over!!! i need something to keep me alive!

I've recently really gotten into this show, especially the older episodes when they were first exploring everything. "Stargate SG-1 Monday" on Sci-Fi is pretty much the only reason I have elected to keep cable TV.
