I don't know, I've heard a couple of her songs.  She has a good voice and honestly isn't too bad looking.  ;)  Blues up her style a little more, bit more of a bass and guitar type Blues, and you may just make a fan out of me.  :)

I don't think I would ever be a fan but if she is legal I would give her some.

She is beyond "Diva" she has talent, a awesome voice and the looks to boot ;)
If you want to hear more "bluesy" singing check out her first CD, not only can you hear the Aretha influance but a lot of Janice in her voice as well.
As for a DVD Alrot I did see one available at Walmart, not sure if you have it where you live.
I saw her performance on Austin City Limits and was blown away by her voice hard to belive she is as young as she is, last time I heard a voice like that was LeAnn Rimes.
I just hope she sticks to singing her way and doesn't fall into what the "suits" want to cash in on. ;)

No not wrong at all, in Joss's voice you can hear a heavy "Motown" influance, a great refreshing voice to hear amoungst all these so called "Idols" who all sound the same and will never be heard from again in 2 years ;)
I also like the way she did her two albums the first being covers of all oldie but goodies then the second songs written mostly by herself.
Bottom line is that you won't ever find talent like this on the "Idol" shows ;)

Write your own music woman, then come back to me (bear in mind I've only heard her first album)

Now haven't most of the greats in pop music (and in some cases, rock) over the years not written their own music?   ::)

Then you need to listen to the second one ;) All but three out of 14 are written by her.

I haven't heard her yet...but if she makes my spine tingle like Norah Jones singing the blues, then she's got my vote... ;)... ;D...!

Paul...a dedicated Blues player... 8)...!
