I'm getting a BC rich Warlock, and I palm mute alot. http://www.musiciansfriend.com/srs7/g=g ... id/119160/

If you'll pay attention to where the bridge is, how would one such as my self go about palm muting while still getting some tone?

 You should be able to adjust to it fairly easily, I don't think the trem on the model you are buying is a floater so it should be easy to palm mute, the ad also says it's a non-locking trem so good luck staying in tune if you ever use it, mine has the Floyd Rose floating trem and I loved it, never a problem going out of tune.
 The Warlock is a great body style but personally I would save up and go with an NJ series...as a matter of fact, I did. Hopefully the Bronze series will not cause you too many problems if that's what you go with, I know it is not easy to save up for high dollar instruments.

I might be able to save up when I'm 16 (Currently 14) and can get a job., I get aboust a 100 dollers on christmas and 50 on my birthday and that's it.


Why would the Trem make it go out of tune? how fast will it go out of tune? Can I take the trem off?

The trem will make it go out of tune because it works by losening the strings and then tightening them back up, and it goes out as soon as you use it on some guitars, on others you have to use it a few times before you notice a difference. My freind had a bronze warlock, and I never had trouble palm muting with it.

I really like the way those sound, but I hate the way they look. But if you like it thats all that matters. They are very comfortable to play also.

yes you can take the "wammy bar" off, it should screw right out.

If I take the TRem out, will it still go out of tune? BTW, tuning it alot doesn't bother me.  ;D

 You won't want to take the trem out, it serves as your bridge, it would take some serious modification to put a solid bridge in it's place, maybe you won't have much trouble with it, just try not to use it all crazy.

 I guess if you have a $150 to spend on a guitar, you made the choice I would have made, Warlocks rule!

Yes they do rule above all else IMO. Doo you know of any pickups that have a metal worthy sound? and do you know of a tutorial on how to put them in?

Seymour Duncans are excellent pickups, as are EMG's.

how much do they cost?

some people call that laver attached to the bridge/tremlo the "wammy bar", I think it sounds dumb myself, but that what it is called. anyway, it should unscrew.

  Yes

It will behoove you to take it out when storing it, and even most of the time when you're not using it..;-)

This makes it less likely to get broken..;-)

how deep do the trems go in? I screw mine in along way, and it doesn't come back after I pushit it, I have to pull it back......

going back to the pick ups question, i have the zakk wylde emg set in my explorer and they are amazin for metal. i can also recomend bare knuckle pick ups too, especially the war pig. they are passive but full of power and tone. pricey though, about
