"Girls on film" - Duran Duran  - Especially the night version. ;)

I know you said 5, but thats the only two that spring to mind.  ::)

I'm so glad Tequila mentioned November Rain...one of the best videos ever made.

I'd also throw in "Touch of Grey" by the Dead, "Jeremy" by Pearl Jam and "Learning to Fly" by Foo Fighters.
