Cheers all...!

Paul.

I packed it in a few months ago for fear of getting identified.
Anyone else out there getting worried...?

Shouldnt the Data Protection Act, cover the release of Internet users personal information. It seems to cover everything else. So i dont know how much luck they will have

Now don't forget children,
Peer to Peer music transfers are legal in Canada.

Just thought I'd share that.

It should be legal to make as many friggin copies of any any or CD for my own personal use!

Hi Lads...!
...we are drifting off the subject somewhat... ;)...!
The purpose of the Post was to warn those in the U.S. and Great Britain that it is now illegal to download peer-to-peer free music files from the equivalents of "Napster", etc,  and the authorities are scanning the 'Net for those people who are downloading these free files.
Remember, "Big Brother" has ways and means to trace you, which is why so many people are being prosecuted now in th U.S.  ... :'(...!
I have deleted all my Napster, Grockster, etc, music downloader programs, together with all the downloaded music files on my hard drive, just in case I get a knock on my door... :o...!
The music files can be downloaded from registered Sites at a cost of 50 Pence per file, and that seems to be the only "safe" way of getting them at the moment.. ::)...!

Cheers all...!

Paul.

P.S. Big Brother is out there, at a telephone line near you... :o...!
LOL...LOL...LOL...!

Wait a minute, is it all files they are after or just mp3's? I had one of the search tools, but I didn't go out and look for the mp3's, I was after the music videos that people record off MTV and VH1 and convert into .mpeg's. Are those a no-no too?
???
