The purpose of the Post was to warn those in the U.S. and Great Britain that it is now illegal to download peer-to-peer free music files from the equivalents of "Napster", etc, and the authorities are scanning the 'Net for those people who are downloading these free files.
Remember, "Big Brother" has ways and means to trace you, which is why so many people are being prosecuted now in th U.S. ...

I have deleted all my Napster, Grockster, etc, music downloader programs, together with all the downloaded music files on my hard drive, just in case I get a knock on my door...

...!
The music files can be downloaded from registered Sites at a cost of 50 Pence per file, and that seems to be the only "safe" way of getting them at the moment..
