Without a doubt, either 'The Blues Brothers' or 'The Big Chill'

The Big Chill is about as great a Motown album as could be produced. :)

 There have been tons of great soundtracks, a couple of my faves are:
Blair witch 2- Book of shadows.
O Brother where art thou?
Forrest Gump was a good one too.
