It was actually dear Alan who guided me to Manzanar, in the Eastern Sierra Owen's Valley, many years ago, when I mentioned my flights of fancy up and down the I-395 highway between Lone Pine and Bishop, (Hollywood Cowboy Film Country!).
A flight I regularly take, in the shadow of the breath-taking Sierra Nevada Mountains!.
