I don't know if I should be proud or ashamed but I've only seen a couple of these movies.
I have heard that a sequel to Avatar is in the works because why not. But it was a horrible snoozefest. We're just lucky that Cameron can't make a sequel to the slightly lest hideous Titanic.

Be proud, shame does not exist. For me, the more effects in a movie the more it covers the lack of a good script. An example: I recently saw on Satellite TV "Flyboys" (2006)" and frankly, those PC geeks & nerds should learn & feel how an aircraft handles through the air. I was a teenager flying scale balsa wood planes with control line, when I saw "Lafayette Escadrille (1958)" with Tab Hunter, the Fugitive (from a tv show) & an unknown actor named Clint Eastwood. In full B&W. They flew replicas, they put the wrong motors on the wrong plane (a Bleriot with a 4 cil Continental!!), BUT they really flew in front of the camera. The script was a lot better, training undisciplined volunteers using a language that none of'em spoke, the Penguins & other simulators for track & control surfaces practice, all added to my enjoyment.
