Well as it is the two original writers doing it I think a B'Stard special might make it onto the wee-screen in the not to distant future. If it does I'll need someone to record it for me or something...
I think I might watch a little Alan tonight somehow ;D ;D ;D

I never thought I'd live to see the day that Alan B'stard was a Labour MP ;D

It's nice to see them kicking to the left for a change.

Yes Ashar! It is a rather less than subtle but rather amusing joke.... in Britain we view MPs as lower than traffic wardens. This character became legendary during the end of the Thatcher era, ran to 4 series (the last being an EMP one) and one special. I have all of them and they still make me laugh like a hyena on nitrous-oxide ;D
This series and the Yes, Minister/Prime Minister and some of the best political satire ever placed on the small screen! Even Maggie Thatcher was a fan of the Yes, Minister/Prime Minister series :o
