He is priceless...Maybe he should do some stand up

Some may say he puts his foot in it, I think he has a very sharp mind and a dam good sence of humour that he is not afraid to show 8-)

He does have an interesting sense of humour. I think his job is to terrify people with his blunt rudeness therefore making HM look even nicer and friendlier

Seems like a man who doesn't like his job and can't quit!  8-)

I think he is genuinely trying to be friendly.  Sometimes it backfires and we hear about it, but, for every one of theses there must be a hundred crackers.

Like me, (and South Park), he tells it exactly like it is, whether it offends anyone, or not. He sees through the mist!!
