how on earth did that guy get a BMW?!
with all those fines he wouldn't be able to pay anything.

of course,he could be a thief. ::)

Some people have more money than sense. I'd have loved to have been the arresting officer praying the guy wanted to go to court to contest the charges

I'd imagine the judge would have wet himself and there isn't a lawyer on this planet that could have got him off
