Sometimes Commenters Bomb Out
Posted: Sat Sep 03, 2011 2:50 pmSometimes commenters make statements to which we can only respond with a bit of what may be considered black humor. As many of us here who are WW2-familiared already know, when the V-1 "buzzbomb" engine cut out, the V-1 then started its descent for the big bang.
Some of you may also be familiar with a YouTube recording of a V-1 in flight, wherein one commenter asked,
"What is the point in not recording the explosion that followed?"
My responding comment is,
"Making sure the recorder and recording survive!"
Ba dah BOOM!
