Holy Burial Dilemma

What are you laughing at?

Holy Burial Dilemma

Postby H » Sun Apr 26, 2009 5:17 pm

A man went on a vacation to Jerusalem with his ever-nagging wife and the wife died while there. He was informed by the undertaker that transporting her body home would cost $5,000 but a local burial in the Holy Land would only cost him $200.
After a bit of thought, the man said, "I'd best send her home."
"Most people would be glad for the opportunity to have a Holy Land burial, let alone have to spend an extra $5,000 for transport elsewhere. Are you sure?"
"Well," the man mused, "a long time ago you had a man who died and was buried here, then he rose from the dead three days later... I just can't take the chance."

For those using firefox, installing the Adblock app makes that go away.

The google ad system checks to see what text is on the page you are looking at, and then selects ads from its database that match keywords. ;)

I realized that posts had been added since I read cEdwardd's last post so I checked to see them. I suppose we can now let this rest in peace.
