I believe the first pic brings to mind a couple of things.

#1. This is the Matterhorn housing project.
#2. My mailbox is way up there.
#3. The garage doors come with an eject button.
#4. You need 12 people to shovel your driveway because once they push the snow down, they can't get back up.
#5. You take a cab home because you're too drunk to drive!
#6. Your mother in law refuses to visit, untill you fix that!
