He then petitioned a Boston court to now have the money returned to him since the killings were never carried out.

An Ohio inmate filed a $500,000 lawsuit against his former attorney, who was to bribe a judge with $10,000 to get a favorable sentence. However, the inmate got a sentence almost double what he expected and then complained that he didn't get his money's worth from the bribe.
