Pharmacology at its best...

E-Mailed to me today from one of my fantastic Daughter-in-Laws (Daughter's-in-Law?) to start my day off with a laugh... ;D...

*****************************************************
In Pharmacology

In Pharmacology, all drugs have two names, a trade name and generic name. For example, the trade name of  Panadol also has a generic name of Paracetamol. Amoxil is also call Amoxicillin and Nurofen is also called Ibuprofen.

The FDA has been looking for a generic name for Viagra. After careful consideration by a team of government experts, it recently announced that it has settled on the generic name of Mycoxafloppin. Also considered were Mycoxafailin, Mydixadrupin, Mydixarizin, Dixafix, and of course, Ibepokin.

Pfizer Corp. announced today that Viagra will soon be available in liquid form, and will be marketed by Pepsi Cola as a power beverage suitable for use as a mixer. It will now be possible for a man to literally pour himself a stiff one. Obviously we can no longer call this a soft drink, and it gives new meaning to the names of 'cocktails', 'highballs' and just a good old-fashioned 'stiff drink'. Pepsi will market the new concoction by the name of: MOUNT & DO.

Thought for the day: There is more money being spent on breast implants and Viagra today than on Alzheimer's research. This means that by 2040, there should be a large elderly population with perky Boobs and huge erections and absolutely no recollection of what to do with them.

If you don't send this to five old friends right away there will be five fewer people laughing in the world.

Join in....It certainly got me laughing... ;D...!

Daughters-in-law. Daughters is the plural form of daughter. No apostrophe is necessary.

Glad to help Paul. I fear that I'm fighting a losing battle against the misuse of the poor old apostrophe. Most people these days use one on words ending with the letter S whether it's necessary or not. In most cases it's not. (It's in this example being an abbreviation of it is.)

;D I don't (do not) wish to spoil the joke. That's (that is) very funny. :D

In this case she owns her in-law whether she wants to or not. :)

The original topic also brings to mind of a lawsuit against one of Viagra's rivals, Extenze. It seems a few dwarves are upset by the misleading "guaranteed to make you larger..." statement. They claim that not only have they not gained a millimeter in height but, although they're well propped up, they can't stand fully upright. They're now forced to till the ground and they can't reach their zippers.
