Got to love the British Army sense of humour, this is the (private) website for the average troop. Arrse For non Brits with a non military-ish background, if it is going wrong, it is said to be "going arse"/"arsed up"/"all arse".
Though it is a serious website, the name did tickle me, but then I am easily amused ::)

In the U.S. military we say F.U.B.A.R. or S.N.A.F.U. for the same occasions. ;)
