This made me laugh, and mad at the same time, people are so lawsuit happy, even a simple laugh can get you get sued

I don't see how she could win that lawsuit:

1. Nothing that was taken from her that was promised. She did indeed get her Toy Yoda.

2. It would really be her fault because she should have made sure of her prize first.

She does look like she could kill.

More importantly, I though you had to have a lot up front to work at Hooters, she seems to be lacking somewhat ;D
