A flat chested lady walks into Dr. Smith's office and asks for breast enlargement Surgery, Dr Smith informs the lady about a cheaper and pain free method.
The lady agrees to give it a try and asks the Dr. What to do. Dr. Smith tells the lady all you have to do is rub your boobs with toilet paper for 5 minutes every day, and return in one month to see if it has worked. The lady agrees and follows the Dr's instructions for the full month.
After the month she returns to her doctor very disappointed with the results, nothing has changed, her boobs are exactly the same size as before.
Dr Smith is very puzzled with the results and tells the lady.
