the Doctor slides on his gloves and makes ready for the examination and he asks "Before we get started is there anything bothering you about your physical condition you want to tell me about?"
the prostitute says "Well yes there is... every time i get the smallest cut or scrape it bleeds for hours before clotting... i think i might have some kind of clotting problem with my blood."
so the doctor says "Hmm interesting, how much do you lose when your on your period?"
the prostitute says...
