Knock Knock Joke with a New Format to Jokes!

This is just a lame old knock knock joke, but I'm putting a twist on how the answer is reached.

But please, once someone replies, following the whole idea, please no one else reply until i write something, or the joke is finished...

So here we go!

Ofcourse one can always rely on Nicky to spoil a possible great joke. His (somewhat) annoying way of ranking up his postcount by spamming other peoples posts with meaningless replies is getting on a few peoples nerves. Including mine.......

Crash, everytime I reply to something, it doesnt mean im trying to get my post count up, and I personally think its just obnoxious to keep saying how I just want to get my post count up when all I was doing was writing a simple reply. I said sorry about it in that post too, hoping to avoid this bombardment that I seem to always get.
