a Sgt and Flt Sgt are walking along talking with a airman close behind them.
the two NCO's are having a debate about sex and whether its 50% work and 50% pleasure, or 10% work and 90% pleasure etc.. etc..
after a while the ariman pipes up and sais, well its obvious isnt it, its 100% pleasure
the two NCO's looking kind of confused at this turn around and say why is that?
the airman sais, well if it was anykind of work then you two wouldnt be doing it!

Lol, but they're all wrong. it's 100% work, not 100% pleasure.
