Once upon a time a Chinese guy went to America, and immediately, before he went to his hotel, he changed some Chinese valuta for dollars. He got $150.
Next day, after a long night of booze and girls, he ran out of his $150 and went to the bank to get some more money. Then he only got $130!
He went to the reception of the bank and said to the guy: (VERY Chinese accent) Hey, yesterday I make change and I get $150, now I do the same and I only get $130?!
Guy: Ahh, fluctuatians, Sir...
Chinese: OH! fluc to you Americans too!!
