He is probably from New Guinea... there are some tribes (or one tribe?) there whose men still wear that... uh... whatever it is. Probably good protection when wandering around the bush, and let's face it, a naked dude can use a little mystery... :D

I especially like his "lazy eye"... really makes it work! :D
