FSX min reqs.

Just a funny thought can you even run FSX by just meeting the minimum system requirements?, and if so could you even load it or funnier yet fly??! ;D
Here's the Minimum System Requirements:
Windows:
OS-Windows XP SP2-256MB of RAM
OS-Windows Vista-512MB of RAM
Processor:
1.0 GHz
Hard Drive:
15GB
Online/Multiplayer requirements:
56.6kbps or better for internet play
Other:
DirectX 9 hardware compatibility and audio card with speakers and/or headphones
Video Card:
DirectX 9.0c compliant video card with 32MB of RAM and support for hardware transformation and lighting.

This PC has 512RAM, 3.2GHz Processor, and a fairly old video card (ATI Radeon 9550 256mb), and I can run FSX with medium-low settings with about 10FPS over Edwards AFB (Desert, Desert, and guess what. MORE DESERT!)
4GB DDR2 PC5300; 3.2GHz Pentium D 940, Nvidia 9800GT 1024MB DDR3, Windows XP Pro SP3

It's playable for me  ;D

My FS9 on this rig pulls 40FPS with max settings though  ;)

That's why I'm gonna stick with FS9 when I finally get my new system.  Just not enough reason to switch just yet, and all the good addons are on that sim.
