One day, a Panda walks into a Resteraunt, sits down, and orders a sandwhich. As soon as the panda is done, he pulls out a gun and shoots the waitress dead, then walks out of the Resteraunt like nothing had happened. The manager comes running after the Panda and says "Who do you think you are, coming in and ordering that sandwhich, and shooting my waitress?" The Panda replies, "I'm a Panda, look it up in the dictionary."

So the manager goes back looks in the dictionary.

Not quite correct & you forgot the punch-line:

"Panda. Large black-and-white bear-like mammal, native to China. Eats, shoots and leaves."

So punctuation really does matter, even if it is only occasionally a matter of life and death.

This lady wrote a book about it. http://eatsshootsandleaves.com/esl.html

I love the fact that this is an actual joke posted here and not just the link that has been more and more common lately!

I know the one where the punchline is:

Eats bush (nothing presidential), shoots and leaves. It involves a lady of the night and not a waitress.
