Boulders are one thing. Branches are another. Unless there is a giant 20ft thick tree sticking out in the road, they should be able to pick that thing up easily.  ;D

I used to have a picture of  some roadkill which had just been painted over  ::)

There was an item on a local news programme a few months ago where they had CCTV footage of a guy painting double yellow lines between the wheels of a car and then a traffic warden ticketed the car. Here in the UK you can get a ticket for parking on double yellow lines, in this case the ticket was appealed sucessfully.
