I used to listen to a fire scanner at work all the time, and one night they got dispatched to a fitness club because some kid got his head stuck in an exercise machine. That's the only time I ever heard a fireman laugh over the radio. ;D

The best one I've had involving firemen was when I worked at an insurance company.
They rang us to ask for permission to cut the roof off a 3 series soft-top we owned and insured (company car). Turns out the guy who had the car was busy screwing his secretary every lunchtime in the car park (underground one). Somehow they'd got into a position where he was on top and then he'd slipped a disk and couldn't move and she was trapped. They had to remove the roof to get him out ;D ;D ;D
I was crying with laughter as this fireman was trying to explain to me what'd happened without cracking up ;D
