What is a "Japanazi"?

at that time, America was at war with both Japan and Nazi Germany.  "Japanazi" was a convenient label slapped on "the enemy" so Americans could feel righteous while killing anyone foreign.  It was later replaced by Commie, Red, Pinko etc.

And I'll stop right there before mentioning that other convenient label, "Insurgent"  8)
