Tony Blair in an Edinburgh hospital

Tony Blair goes to visit an Edinburgh hospital one day and the doctors are showing him around. They take him into a ward and he goes up to one of the patients and asks "How are you feeling?"
The man replies;
"Fair fa' your honest sonsie face,
Great chieftan o' the puddin' race,
Aboon them a ye take yer place,
Painch, tripe or thairm,
As lang's my arm."
Tony is deeply confused by this response so he just grins and moves onto the next patient and asks the same question;
"Some hae meet an' cannae eat,
And some wad eat that want it,
But we hae meet, an' ew can eat,
So let the Lord be thankit."
Now deeply confused Tony turns to the doctor and asks "Is this the psychiatric ward?"
"No" replies the doctor "it is the serious Burns unit"
