Hmm either he's feeding it a diet of machine code, which could account for the difference in tones, movement etc (I used to operate a numerical lathe by machine code), or... he's manually controlling the machines movements with a sound overdub?

hehe you smart person, well i think the question should be... who wants a scanner that can do that?!? i wouldnt, it is annoying enough listening to it scan, let alone play a silly mono tune lol
