President Bush (center) is welcomed by locals in traditional dress on a recent visit to Mongolia.

There was a picture very similar to this (if not this one exactly) in my local news paper with that caption. I just thought that it was funny that they felt the need to point out that he was the one in the center.

Also take note on what's on his right leg. Is that a piece of a walking stick?
