An old lady gets on the train in London heading for liverpool with her little terrier (ankle biter) and sits in the non smoking section.

When they reach Crew a young man gets on board smoking a ciggarete (can't spell) and sits in the non smoking section opposite the old lady.

She kindly asks him to extinguish the ciggarete to which he replys " no, can you please shut your dog up" as the dog is yapping away at him.
The lady takes offence to this and calls for the ticket vendor, the vendor then asks him to put the ciggarete out to which he again reply's " no, can you please ask the lady to shut the dog up"
The lady then takes the ciggarete out of the mans mouth and stubs it out.

what happens next?

Ok i'll post the other part now.

They are still arguin by the time they reach Edge Hill station so the lady throws the mans cigs out the window to which he throws the dog out. (sorry to all dog lovers but thats they ways this is told)

The ticket vendor has had enough by now and asks for the police to be called and present when they reach Lime Street.

When they arrive at Lime street they get off the train and come across the waiting police officers and carry on arguing, the police are about to arrest them, when they can here a little yapping sound comming from down the platform, and they see the little dog that was thrown out at Edge hill, and guess what he is carrying in his mouth?
Remember that brick that the builder through out at the Station?

That was way too much work for too little payoff...  ::)
