The purpose of this thread is purely humor. I understand the dedications of flight attendants and pursuers and respect the profession.

I just flew today with my instructor and he told me of one of the flights he recently took to Europe as Captain for AA. He said a F class passenger complained regarding food service. The following act is a accurate representation of what occurred on ORD-BRU:

1st class passenger: "I am not enjoying my dinner."
AA head flight attendant: :Whatever is wrong sir/mam?"
1st class passenger: "...this potato is bad, I can't eat it!!!"
AA head flight attendant: (picking up the potato) "BAD BAD potato! Behave!!!"
(sets potato back on plate)
1st class passenger: (jaw drops to floor)
AA head flight attendant: (walks away)

AA suspended the flight attendant with out pay according to my instructor. She received some sort of payment (60% salary) from the union I understand.

I just thought this was most hilarious and wondered how many great verbal confrontations with f/a fellow travelers have experienced.

Hello! AIrline food is supposed to be bad! Remember you get what you pay for!

When I flew to paris earlier this year the food wasn't TOO terribly bad. except for the breakfasts... disgusting  :-/

food!?! you mean that what that stuff under the plastic container is, i thought it was a dog chew toy and a brown stained light bulb.

i actually havent had airline food in a while, i'll give my report when I get back from Hawaii.

I heard somewhere that the higher altitude disables some of your tastebuds (or something) and so therefor that adds to the problem,
