Patient: Give me the bad news first, Doc.
Doc: The lab called with your test results... they say that- well, that you only have 24 hours to live.
Patient: Twenty-four hours??!! That's terrible!! What could the "very bad" news possibly be??!
Doc: I've been trying to reach you since yesterday...
