Why are there so many unsolved murder cases in West Virginia?

Kentucky is a nice place, my dad had a car accident there once, the law officer was a redneck.........made the situation real intreasting ;) ;D

Stormtropper, its a southern joke, they say the folk of West Virginia are inbreeders (the same is said about much of the south), thus they have the same DNA.  And hillbillies dont go to the dentist, so they dont have dental records.  ;D
