NTSB Secret Tests

The National Transportation Safety Board recently divulged a highly secret plan they had funded with the U.S. auto makers for the past five years.

Actually, some new cars do have a black box.

Though not entirely like an airlines,
they record stats like velocity and the pressure applied to the gas pedal.
The information is replaced roughly every 15 seconds.
