given by the California Department of Transportation's driving school

Q: Do you yield when a blind pedestrian is crossing the road?
A: What for? He can't see my license plate.

Q: Who has the right of way when four cars approach a four-way stop
  at the same time?
A: The pick up truck with the gun rack and the bumper sticker saying,
  "Guns don't kill people. I do."

Q: When driving through fog, what should you use?
A: Your car.

Q: How can you reduce the possibility of having an accident?
A: Be too ____-faced to find your keys.

Q: What problems would you face if you were arrested for drunk driving?
A: I'd probably lose my buzz a lot faster.

Q: What changes would occur in your lifestyle if you could no longer
  drive lawfully?
A: I would be forced to drive unlawfully.

Q: What are some points to remember when passing or being passed?
A: Make eye contact and wave "hello" if he/she is cute.

Q: What is the difference between a flashing red traffic light and a
  flashing yellow traffic light?
A: The color.

Q: How do you deal with heavy traffic?
A: Heavy psychedelics.

Q: What can you do to help ease a heavy traffic problem?
A: Carry loaded weapons.

Funny, if a little worrying. Don't forget that the worlds fastest failure of the driving test is still held by a Mr. Thomson of Lanarkshire.
In 1981 he managed to fail the test before the examiner had even got into the car, he arrived outside the test center and sounded his horn to summon the examiner, who strode out to the vehicle, said it was illegal to sound your horn whilst stationary, that Mr. Thomson had failed and strode back in again

hear about the woman who failed the driving test 42 times or something ridiculous?

it was documented on tv she was doing a reverse around a corner and nearly hit the front door of the house on the corner!!!

I remember reading about a lady in California who failed the test in 1 second. She mixed up the clutch and the accelerator and shot backwards through the wall of the test center

This sounds a bit right. I've seen my share of bad drivers. I'm not perfect but I've seen some pretty dangerous stuff. The other day I almost got hit after a stupid woman pulled into a turning lane and decided to go streight through. The lesson is, take the bus. (BTW, This was actually the second time this has happened to me).

lol...We have an intersection downtown here where that happens about 3 times a week to me....:-)

if you were to show this to my instructor she would instantly point me out for being like that:)
as far as i am concerned,, pedestrians are the soft damagable ones, they should be the ones to look out more carefully, and hey if they dont then i have done the world a favor getting rid of a blind idiot

I'm happy to say that I got only one or two points wrong on both my written and practical driving tests

One point on the written over a stupid question...

in driving class they told us that lights were to be on 1/2 hour before dusk, and 1/2 hour after dawn...

the REAL answer that they were looking for was 1 hour....:-(
