Weights

The white guy peeks over at the black man, and says:
W: excuse me sir ...
B: Yes?
W: I was wondering, ... eeh..., I've heard you black men are all well 'equiped'.
B: Yeah, thats right!
W: So how does that happen?
The Black man is silent for a moment, and answers with a smile:
B: its a secret, but i'll tell you!
B: We take a rope, tie it to our 'equipement' and place a weight on the other end of the rope, than wait for some time, et voila!
W: Thanks man, i'll give it a trie myself!
A couple of months later, the two man meet again.
B: So, did it work?
W: The length isn't quite right yet, but the colors already there!
