The best pilot
Posted: Thu Jul 17, 2003 9:38 amso, this guy was the best airliner pilot ever! there was no situation he couldn't handle, he was the best pilot in the world
and in one of his many flights, both of his plane's engines fail. he had to land quickly but the nearest airport was really small, it was the shortest runway he had ever seen, he could barely fit the plane on it
but he went for it anyway, and it was extremely hard, almost impossible, and after an incredibly difficult landing, he manages to put the aircraft to a stop
the nose of the plane was poking out of one end of the runway, the tail was poking out of the other end, that's how short the runway was
and relieved, he looked out the cockpit window and sais: "Man! that was the shortest runway ever!!" and then he looked to the sides and said "but it's gotta be the WIDEST i've ever seen!!"
