There is more money being spent on breast implants and Viagra than Alzheimer's research. This means that by 2020, there should be a large elderly population with huge tits and massive erections but absolutely no recollection what to do with them.

Also the number of available beds in the NHS is decreasing at the same rate as the number of admissions to hospital is increasing.

If things continue at the current rate by 2050 there will be 58,000 patients in my hospital sharing one bed.
