A conversation between a client and microsoft support.
I just got it via E-mail I have no idea how true this info. really is:
Support: Hello, how may I help you?
client: I have a problem with word
support: what problem?
client: well I was typing in my computer, and suddenly, all the words ran away!
support: ran away?
client: disappeared....
support: So how does your screen look now?
client: nothing
suppport: nothing?
client: it's empty, it doesn't receive anything I type in!
support: are you still in word?
client: how can I tell?
support: can you move your cursor on the screen?
client: there is no cursor, I told you, it doesn't receive anything I type!
support: is your monitor on?
client: what's a monitor?
support: that thing that looks like a TV screen.... can you see a green little light on it?
client:I don't know....
support: well, then look at the back of the monitor and tell me where does the electrical cord lead?
client: yes I think I see it!
support: tell me.... is it connected to the wall?
client: yes it's connected
support: when you looked at the back of the monitor, have you seen two cords connected to it?
client: no
support: well, there should be two of them. I need you to look in there and find the other cord....
client: OK I got it!
support: OK now follow it and make sure it is well pluged to the back of your computer.
client: I can't do that....
support: Even if you bend on your knees?
client: it's no that I can't reach it, I simply can't see....It's dark in here.
support: so turn on the light.
client: I can't
supprot: you can't?
client: the power is off in the entire street.
support: oh! I see the problem... Here is what you do.... disconnect your computer and return it to the store.
client: WOW is it that bad?
support: I am afraid so....
client: well what should I tell them?
supprt: that you are too dumm to own a computer!

I've seen this one before Liran, it wasn't originally M$ it was some hardware support company.
A friend of mine works on a support desk and had a thing with a broken coffee-cup holder once!

Okay, this guy rings up the support line and my friend answers the phone, and the customer explains that he has a problem with his computer, so my friend asks "Whats wrong?"
"The coffee cup holder is broken."
"Pardon?"
"The coffee cup holder is broken."
"Er we're the computer support line sir"
"Yes I know, the coffee cup holder on my computer is broken."
"We only support your computers sir, not little personalised add-ons."
"It came with the computer, and its broken, can somebody please fix it."
"Well we can't sir, we don't supply anything like that."
"But it came with the computer!"
This goes on for several minutes until the customer shouts "But it is your problem, now when I press the button nothing happens, the coffee cup holder doesn't come out!"
He'd been using the CD ROM drive as the slot in the bottom was the right size for the vending machine coffee cups! Remember you can't make anything idiot proof, idiots are so ingenious!
