Laws Should Be Taken Seriously...

but, sometimes, I don't know where else to put them.
Anywho, by state law, idiots aren't allowed to vote in New Mexico. Maybe this was meant to stop politicians from voting for themselves but shouldn't they keep the the voting booths closed until they figure out who doesn't qualify as an idiot?

Also, it doesn't have to do with laws (well, not directly) but I've come across something that makes me wonder. First it was stated that New Jersey has more horses per square mile than any other state in the United States. Then it was noted that it also had the lowest divorce rate. Is that because they all have to hold their horses?
