The title says, "See An Undiscovered Wonder Of The Caribbean." Now -- how can they be revealing it if it's undiscovered !?!

They have a rice festival in Weiner, Arkansas?
By the way, the town's name came from a nearby train station that was named for a St. Louis railroad official -- who was a real Weiner (I've found no record of this but he may have moved to Ding Dong, Texas)...

which brings us to a place whose town name signs, for some reason, are very often stolen: Intercourse, Pennsylvania.

Talking about Weiners ... ;) ....

The places of Little Hampton and Hampton Court alway bring a smile to my face.

The first being a physical embarrassment, and the other a painful experience (caught) ..... ....!

Paul.... ....!

Wiener, Arkansas is a real town about eighty-five miles west of Memphis Tn. And Arkansas is the rice capitol of the USA. I know this because in the mid 1980's I went there
on several weekends to help a fellow NATTC Memphis staff member (FYI...NATTC = Naval Air Technical Training Center) work on a TBM Avenger owned by the gent who owned the
local John Deere dealership. If I recall correctly his name was Tom Swafford and he was a TBM turret gunner during WW2. He's the one who told me about the rice crop. I called his aircraft "Fish hook 32" because of the markings. I have some photos around here some place. I'll post them when I find them.

Paul, you would have liked the trip. I rode my 1982 Honda CB650 there and back. It was quite a nice ride past the rice fields.

Blimey!

There's a turn-up for the books!

Rice Fields in the USA!

...and in Arkansas of all places...(where not much else happens) ... ...!

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rice_cult ... n_Arkansas

Being aware of Flooded Fields of Rice in China I find it difficult to imagine such conditions existing in very dry Mid USA!

...and more surprise....

Rice in California! ... :o ....>>>

https://www.bloomberg.com/view/articles ... -a-drought

So.... not all Rice comes from China!

....but the old faithful Honda CB650 came from Japan, Hawk! .... :D ... >>> https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Honda_CB650

Some things come from the Far East...and some things don't! .... ...!

Paul...RICICLES - TWICICLES AS NICICLES! ....(Breakfast Cereal) ... :D ...!
