Idaho is the only state having a specific law against cannibalism, defined as the 'nonconsensual consumption' of another human being. It may suffice if you can get consent prior to their death or can, somehow, prove they gave consent postmortem.
However, we can't go without further acknowledgement of Idaho law, such as, you cannot fish from the back of a giraffe or camel;
also, it is illegal to buy your significant other candy in a box that weighs less than fifty pounds.
If you should ever find yourself heading to Pocatello, Idaho, first buy yourself one of those smiley-face buttons to pin on. Especially if you get caught out in a thunderstorm and a tornado whips through and snatches your car away as you're running to it -- or any other misfortunes. Pocatello has an ordinance against being seen in public without a smile.
