Too right!

Who in his right mind would jump into a (rat infested?) cess pit for someone else’s phone? :o I presume the “toilet” is some kind of back woods bodge job, so perhaps the poor chap was a few sheets short of a full toilet roll.

The unfortunate turn of events had begun when Mr Berntsen Larsen's friend shouted for help to get his phone back.

"I did not think twice," Mr Berntsen Larsen said about his decision to go in.

He did not think twice? I do not believe he thought once. They should have left him down there since he was obviously a "Dumb Sh*t".

An Aircraft Mechanic only needs two tools, Duct Tape and WD40.
If it moves and it's not supposed to - use the Duct Tape.
If it doesn't move and it's supposed to - use the WD40.
