They have "Summer" in Canada?

That could save a lot of money on road construction equipment. All you need is a bulldozer to flatten out the terrain, a grader to smooth it and a paint crew. I understand that there is a problem with training painters in Canada. The only colors they seem to be able to paint perfect stripes with are blue and red.
